Can I return my products? 

You have the right to return items. You have 30 days to think about it. The 30 days begin from the moment you physically receive the order from the carrier.  

Can I return the package free of charge? 

No, you can easily buy a return label in our return portal. Of course it is also possible to return the products yourself. It is not possible to return your package and then claim the costs from us. Please register your return here.

How should I return the product? 

You can return your product with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in original condition and packaging with the original Bunzlau Castle sticker and the quality sticker. We therefore always recommend that you carefully open the shipping box and original packaging so that you can use them again to return the order if necessary.   

Via the link below it is possible to create your own return label (free of charge). For this you need the order number or track and trace code of the already shipped package and your postal code. Then we will ask you which items you want to return, and for what reason (giving the reason is not mandatory, we use this as feedback). After following all the steps, you can download and print the return label. Once the label is printed, the label can be adhered to the box. Then you bring the package to the chosen service point. Once we receive the return package, we will process it as soon as possible.

Please note that returns are at your own risk; the customer is responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.   

When and how do I get my money back?

The amount will be refunded within 14 days of sending the return, provided that the return has been received by Bunzlau Castle or proof of the return has been provided. The amount will be refunded to the account number that was also used to pay. When you have paid (partially) with a coupon, you will receive the amount back in the same way.
