Is the product not quite what you expected? We’re sorry to hear that! You can return your product. You may return your product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging with the original Bunzlau Castle sticker and quality sticker. We therefore recommend always carefully opening the shipping box and original packaging so that you can use them to return the order if necessary. Please note: returns are at your own risk and you are responsible for the product until it safely arrives at our warehouse. Your refund will be credited to your account within 14 days of receipt. 

Please follow these steps to register your return. 

• You must return the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging with the original Bunzlau Castle sticker and quality sticker. (See photo) 
• You state the order number in the box, so that we can process the return as quickly as possible.
